If it does it again just tighten the battery cables at the battery. It's very common in the jks. Poor design.

In addition, do the negative-battery-post-to-alternator-mounting-screw-mod for a cleaner ground connection. There's a couple of threads on it. Quick and cheap mod to do. Yes, if the JK's circuit loop is compromised (weak battery, bad ground, etc.) then the electronics tend to spazz out.

Same thing happened to me. Exact same. I have a 2008 Jeep Liberty and it ended up being my MAP sensor.
