Lifter Tick?

Lifter Tick?
Hey guys,
First time Jeep owner here. I have this 2008 Rubicon that I bought a few months ago with a ticking noise. Doing my research, I discovered huge cracks causing an exhaust leak in both exhaust manifolds and replaced those. That did not get rid of the ticking, but it helped with some noise. I ended up changing the oil, doing the oil pan gasket, and added liqui moly lifter additive to the new oil. Anyways, upon starting it, after about 30 seconds, the lifter noise would quite down and basically go away. After another 30 seconds, it would come back and be constant. I think that I have bad rocker arms on the driver's side of the block which is where the ticking is coming from. Can anyone confirm that this could be an issue with the rocker arms? Also, should I invest in the Haynes repair manual if that has a good diagram on how to fix this, or is there some youtube video or something that describes how to do this. I did some digging and couldn't find much. Let me know what you advice you have to offer.
Thanks!
