I noticed I have a 15AB spring on driver's side and a 16AB spring on the pax side, what gives? Seems like I should have a 17AB and 18 AB, no? Is it possible that a) the factory put in the wrong parts or b) someone at the dealer traded out springs? I purchased an 08 in Jan during the first big sell off.

Do you have 6 speed? Maybe the M/T weighs less than the A/T.

When I put in the OME 2" lift with the included 10mm front spacers, the front end came up 1-1/2", while the back only came up 3/4". I was suspicious that the from was 1/2" higher on the drivers side though. and this thread has me thinking I need to go back and pull the 10mm trim packer off the front left and see if it levels out more - maybe even add it on the right.

Default 14/56 to 18/59

Went from 14/56 to 18/59. I also have 1 inch spacers in the rear and 1.5 inch in the front. Stock center rear fender measurement in line with wheel cap was 36 inches, and front at center was 36.5 inches. Rear is now 37.75 and front is 39. Shock measurement is 21 inches. That is 1.75 inches gained in the rear and 2.5 inches in the front, meaning the coils added 3/4 inch in the rear and 1 inch in the front.

Not really that bad, to me. The stock springs are a little soft, anyway.

.......stock it came with 13/14 up front and 55's in the rear. I added 18's up front and 59's in the rear, rubi shocks, as well as a teraflex leveling kit (which has longer links up front.....however I only used 1" spacers on all 4 corners as my 2 door didn't have a rake to it. I have had this lift for roughly 2 years now....when I first did it I gained about 2.5" up front and also in the rear.......I measured about a month ago, and over the 2 years the springs had settled/sagged to 2.25" of lift both up front and in the rear. The reason I measured is I have added both a front and rear bumper and wanted to see where it would put me. Up front I've added a Rugged Ridge All-terrain (steel) with stubby ends and their double x striker. In the rear, I have added the Smittybilt XRC with tire carrier. I've also added some rocker guards, but that didn't affect things at all. I am now sitting at exactly 2" of lift all the way around. I wheel with this setup quite often and have not had any issues as of yet. My front axle was a little off center, so I added the Teraflex Monster adjustable trackbar to re-center (rear axle was fine). I currently have 285/75/16 tires (just shy of 33") and this setup has been great off-road and being disconnected. I have a 7" gap from the top of my tire to the bottom of the fender flare and I do not rub at all.

I am thinking about keeping the suspension the same as I have it now, but adding the bushwacker flatties and then bumping up to a 315/75/16.......only thing I am thinking of changing would be extended bumpstops all around.......thoughts?

What is odd and I noticed recently is there are some rigs with 60s in the rear, and mine takes weight better and is much stiffer with the 59s in the rear. I am wondering if there are different spring codes besides the last two numbers for the max tow package? Any ideas on that? A guy I talk to has a rubi with 18/60s on it he loads a weekends camping gear in the back and she's pooched, I load 2 full sets of hockey gear, 2 16 yo teenage boys at about 170, my wife, and all our clothing for a weekend and mine only drop 1 inch if that?

I can load mine up with a crap load of gear and it does not drop like that at all.

Default Front Coil Swap

2dr Soft top, stock everything, 13/55s. Anyone ever swapped out the front coils only? I have a set of 17/58s and I am looking to level it off with the 17s and 3/4" coil spacers in the rear? Anyone know of any issues this may cause?

I ran 17/58 with a 3/4" spacer in the front and it sat level. You should get about the same results with the set up you are talking about just a little lower all around.

Default some one wants to sell me

a set of 18/ 60s of a 2014 jku with hard top and soft top tow package

i thought it was supposed to be 19 / 60s

would this make my two door sit poorly
it would seem all i needs 17 / 58 for my application , im just trying to recoup a bit of sag in my front end due to bumper being 130lbs
over all height isnt a big issue to me. I dont want it to look lifted or higher up front than rear , i like factory rake really , would that set up be a bit over kill ? I dont want to change
shocks and links and crap he said $50 bucks for the set but im reluctant t buy them, due to the fact it might make it look lifted . i prefer a stock height . Do you think i should pass and wait for 17/ 58 set up?

Seeing im on 14/ 56 right now stock rubicon and over all satisfied . I dont want the dealership to void a warranty on power train either over adding to high of a spring to my 2 door .

or should i grab them quick for 50 bucks ??
