Found out the problem, wasn't the MAP sensor. Take a look at this pre-filter.

Do you think it happened slowly over many tanks of dirty fuel, or from one extremely dirty fill-up?

I was stuck in water half way up my doors for a while. That's probably it. So much for a closed system. Some of that nasty water must have made its way in.
