Oh my! You're in Turkey? I hope you have a good dealer. No sure about your problem, but when I got mine, the trailer plug didn't work and the problem was a bad fuse block - dealer had to replace it to fix the problem. How did your car ever get off the lot with nothing working?

check iod fuse, might not be pushed down all the way in the fuse box under the hood

pull it out and push it back down till it pops into place. you do have to push pretty hard

J13
60 Amp Yellow
Ignition Off Draw (IOD) — Main

When removing or installing the IOD fuse, it is important that the ignition switch be in the Off position. Failure to place the ignition switch in the Off position can cause the radio display to become scrambled when the IOD fuse is installed. Removing and installing the IOD fuse again with the ignition switch in the Off position will usually correct the scrambled radio display condition.
1. Turn the ignition switch to the Off position.
2. Open the cover of the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM).
3. Pull up fuse J13 until it is in the pre-stage position from the TIPM.

x2, IOD would be my guess. They're pulled partially out from the factory so all the crap wont stay on during prep, etc. Mabe they pushed it in and it came out.
