Also have one more ? for you guys. When I took the 2 peice tops of today. I had no clue where to put them in the Jeep. I know my soft top is still in there. But I also have the subwoofer in the back. When trying to put the top back there. It looks like it would hit the subwoofer either way if the soft top was there or not.

Have you tried folding the rear seats forward? I think you should be able to do so even with the soft top in the way. Mine fit there, but then again I don't have the sub (but wish I did!). You may want to invest in the MOPAR carry bag, which should solve that problem as well as reducing the risk of scratching.
I managed to take mine off and drive all the way home from the dealer with them on top of the two boxes of soft top parts. There was no rear visibilty so I had my passenger stick out of the opening to spot while in the parking lot!

The sub is there in all 07+ Saharas, Rubicons, and some X's that ordered it. The reason I say the freedom top bag will help is that I have heard that it hangs from the back seat. But the soft top still has to be out of course, and who knows maybe the sub is still in the way?!?
I would just bust out the soft top if you have help and a place to keep the hard one for a little while. That hard top is very simple to take off, and after a couple times it will be very quick to install or remove. Don't be worried about it being to cold for the soft top if you want to try it for say a week or two. I've driven on the highway with my rear windows removed when the temperture was just below freezing a couple weeks ago and I was still comfortable enough. Jks have good heaters. The sunrider feature is the same as removing the freedom panels, only without the freedom panels. Plus, it looks awesome with the soft top on and the doors off.
Otherwise your stuck with leavin' the freedom tops at home or giving up passenger space to them.
