The lifetime warranty only covers internal parts. Did you get the bumper to bumper lifetime for an additional fee? Again, the standard lifetime warranty of 2007 and 2009 was only for internal parts. My waterpump failed at 30k and was covered by the standard 36k warranty but I was told it wouldn't have been covered under the lifetime.
