JK And Huge Puddles Done Mix?!?

my back fenders are falling off, just waiting for it to happen so it will push me to get some flats. almost every time I'm flexing on the trails my backs rub on my tires. If you're goin through some deep puddles just cruise through them instead of going at them hard

To fix your horn, Take it off and throw it in the grabage and get a real horn, check your fuses and whatnot to make sure it's not shorted out. But i would recommend a new horn, a louder more manly horn.
The flares are typical after abuse, and the belt should be inspected.

Seems like your on the right track with the horn issue. If you go with flats I would highly recommend the Bushwackers. I have them on my Jeep after a lot of thought and research. I was concerned due to issues in the early runs with brittle flares. That said one of the Jeeps on our last run lost his brakes on a hill and ran into me. I watched in horror as the rear fender flare and plate carrier were crushed in. The plate carrier shattered and my fender flare popped back out as if was never hit.
Don't forget to check you belt for cracks and tension. (With battery disconnected, if you like your fingers)
Good luck....
