Jeep Slush Mats
I bought my Jeep Slush Mats from the dealer about a month after I got my jeep. That means they've been in service for 8 months.
At this point I have had to move the driver side mat to the passenger side, because it was worn through and now they are both worn through. I do not drive with metal cleats on by the way. The rubber is completely disintegrating. The rubber is sloughing off layer by layer and any knobby bits are just crumbling away.
The back seat mat is no better and shows signs of cracking and crumbling.
Anyone else get a bad set of mats?
Took them by the dealer with my reciept and was told this was a "wear" item. Duh!
I've never had a mat wear like these "heavy duty slush mats" have.
It's a real bummer, since they looked so cool.

Had slush mats in my manual jeep, they wore out quick, maybe a year. Had an automatic for 3 years and no wear at all. I would wonder if it's all that clutching.
