My '09 did it. It doesn't do it anymore....not sure why...it just stopped. I can't remember when it stopped, buy maybe around 36K miles or so?

My 2011 does it to. I've only noticed it while backing a Uhaul into a driveway that was on an incline

Mentioned the same thing to the Service Adviser on my 2011 JKU Rubi with 3500 miles, shakes everytime I back up hill. He said it's a Mopar thing with Jeeps and there's no solution, just live with it.
Not the answer I wanted but until someone comes up with a solution we all must suffer.

My 2011 auto does the same thing. I also get a shudder at 45mph. I was worried at first but a friend has an 08 JKU and it does the same thing. I don't think it's anything to worry about. It seems like a common problem.

My '11 JKU has done the same thing since day 1, I too chalked it up to a "Jeep thing" and never really though twice about it, until I read some of the reply's to this thread. Now I wonder if it is worth taking it in to have it looked at on the off chance it can be fixed.

Mine has done it twice, and both times it was on wet grass, backing up a slight incline. I thought it was just the traction control, since the grass was really wet and a little muddy perhaps
