Default jack/lift points

Can someone tell me the best place to jack-up a jk (front and rear) and best and safest location for jack stands?

if your trying to change a tire than put the jack right on the axel as close to the wheel without being on any brackets.

if your trying to lift it or anything that requires the axle to drop than you can put the stands anywhere on the outer rail, just keep them as far forward or rearward as you can get them witout resting on brackets

If changing a tire, use the axle. if you need to drop the axle (change springs or shocks) I would use the frame. If you use the pinch seam on the body you are putting alot of weight on the body mounts. Shouldn't hurt anything other than the pinch seam but the frame is alot stronger.
