Go to the hardware store and pick-up a can of "Expanding Foam"
Procede to fill the entire underside of seat until the seat cushion has a nice "Bulge" in the center. That should do it alright!

Well, don't I feel stupid. Common problem i've been having lately. I thought you actually had a mechanical problem with the seat. Duh! I guess WD-40 won't be much help in your situation. Unless maybe it is sprayed on the seat surface to help the passenger glide off during that sharp left turn when the doors are off.
