Not sure if this helps but mine did this when new. I started turnng on the key to the on position and waiting for a few seconds. I then turn to start it and it has never done this again. I know on my other cars such as my race car, turning on the key to the on position turns on the fuel pump and starts to circulate the fuel. Maybe this helps starting. Try it and see if it goes away.
