squeaking/ticking that goes away when the clutch is pushed is almost surely the throwout bearing.

Yea I have an airaid too, it sounded great but now it doesn't make any sound... I might have just programmed with a hypertech though and that could have somethin to do with it

52104732AC Clutch Kit, is the kit they used on mine. I THINK it included the pressure plate, friction disc, pilot bearing, flywheel and slave cylinder. I could be wrong, because I didnt specifically ask what was in it. The service manager told me everything was going to be replaced. And Im pretty sure he mentioned the flywheel and slave cylinder. He said they did a complete redesign of the clutch system to address the new TSB.

Here's some prices I found on mopar parts america. At least this might give you an idea.

Pilot bearing, wrangler $13.00
Disc, wrangler $103.33
, Pressure plate, wrangler $163.30
, Flywheel, wrangler $77.10
Release fork, wrangler $14.06

You might be able to get the whole kit from them. Like I said before, Im not 100% sure what was actually in it. Try contacting them about the clutch kit 52104732AC and see what they say.

Default Very Interesting....

If you get the tsb's taken care of, check your intakes for proper seal.

Just like someone mentioned already...

I have an Airaid and it wasn't sealed right - after I re-sealed and tightened, I got my deep, good sound back.
