08' 2-door Sahara and NO leaks what so ever! I have had the tops off many times with no problems. I am careful though when putting the tops back on that the seals are all lined up and sitting just right. It seams it seasy to have the front middle seal (on pass. top) get twisted and not "seated" when putting the tops on.

I repositioned my front panels last night. We got some rain and everything inside was dry this morning. Guess it was user error after all.

Default Instructions?

Man, I didn't think to look for instructions. They probably would have hurt my buzz.... I've had mine off quite a bit. First I unhook all that (Damn viser) stuff and take em off. When I put em back on I throw em back up there making sure the pin goes in the hole and then (Damn viser)
clamp em down. No rhyme or reason, they just seem to seat themselves. No water leaks or air noise. Was I supposed to keep those bolts with the knobs on them? Seems to be working fine without them.

I love the design, it seems to work well on my JK. I'm thinking quality control on the line is more of a problem than anything. I'd want them to completely remove all seals and replace them with new ones if mine did leak instead of a micky mouse fix.

The only time I use the knob is when I just have the front 2 panels on and the back of the top off, otherwise it seems to be fine without them.

Where in Chester county are you located? I'm in Oxford.
