No issues. Use high pressure car washes as well and no issues at all.

Thats the same way I put my top back on. I took it off 2x already and no leaks- the 2" of rain we had a few weeks ago was a good test and the drain holes in the side mirrors work great!

Mine have never leaked. I have never read the manual about how to take them off... I just start loosening things and twisting things until they come off. I then put them back on in some sort of similar fashion.

No leaks here *yet* either... but am wondering what will happen once the seals take a compression set. I plan on taking the Freedom Top off often when it warms up a bit here in the PNW. I've only had opportunity to remove the front panels 3-4 times since buying mine in late Jan.

BTW, what's up with the mastic smear that seems to be on every new JK I've looked closely at? Mine's on the left front, near the union of the top and windshield frame. Maybe getting a little off topic, but was wondering what safe way there is to remove that without damaging the paint. A mild solvent?

No leaks and an Aug 06 build date. Have had them on and off 5-6 times. Agree with everything else that has already been said.

Jah -07 build. Mine leaked on the first rain.
The Jeep was sitting level. Next rain came
while parked on an upward grade, no leaks.

After I removed and reseated the panels for
the first time and every time afterwards, no leaks.

Excellent instructions from both guys earlier.

Only difference is I lower the panels straight down
and visually align as I go.

I may take some pics of the gaskets so I can notice
any change over time.

No leaks. Have had off a half dozen times, installed back on without following any particular process. Still no leaks. This is on a 2 door that I bought 11/3. Are the leaking problems seen on both 2 door and 4 door?

No leaks here. I just take mu time installing them, and give them a little "wiggle" when I'm installing them to make sure none of the seals are folded over. I take my front pieces off every day and just had a big storm last night and no leaks
