No leaks ever, and I put the top on in no particular order, just willy nilly. The dealer did the TSB last spring, but it never leaked before that either.

Default no leak problem

all thru summer I would R+I at least drivers side top daily for drive to work, only time i had a leak I lifted both sides, cleaned seals+lubed with silicone spray lube,no problems even in very heavy rain at highway speed.as for what order to install I do find that starting and centering the threaded fastners prior to closing latches helps center the top and keep it from making noise on rough road

I just started raining here the last week or so. So far no leaks. I've had the top off about half a dozen times.

mine has only leaked once. I loosend the tie downs and wiggled it around then tightened it back down... no leaky..I have noticed the screw downs loosen up on occation. I do have a little wind noise. I figure that has to do with pushing a BRICK the the air...

Picked my 08 Rubicon up in Idaho. Drove through rain and snow home to AZ. Had a big rainstorm in AZ this weekend. NO LEAKS!

No leaks, my 08 was born in October 07. I have had it two weeks and drove it all day today in the rain and had no leaks. Of course I have not taken the tops out yet.

I have had my top in all sort of different configurations and never have had a leak. Including just having the front panels on all summer with the doors removed most f the time. Oh yeah I bought my Jeep in March.
