I Want A Hard Top!!!
Ok, so I took my Jeep off the lot and THEN realized the only way to get a hardtop and softtop was to order it. Now I find they want over $2000 for a hardtop.
So does anyone have one they want to sell or know of the best deal out there to get one?
Thanks!

I hear a lot of guys are actually not too happy with their hard tops. Some are having issues where it actually leaks more than the soft top, and don't think it really has many benefits over the soft top insulation wise....
If you're looking for added security, than that's a different story. But, I figured I'd just throw that out there before you spend a grand or more on one!

I've had many Jeeps. Wife currently drives a soft top 03 TJ, (her choice). I was going to get another soft top when I bought my JK. Wife talked me into the hard top. Logic is my Jeep will be the vehicle for family trips. Each generation of Jeep soft top gets better. The JK is much better than the TJ. And, let's not even go to the old CJ soft tops.
This being said, I am very happy with my JK hard top. It only leaks if I take a high pressure sprayer and try and make it leak. Rain or careful use at the car wash causes no leaks. It will be interesting to see what happens with the first meaningful snow/thaw/freeze cycles.
