Default I need this part...

I know it's called an output shaft. And the tail housing. But is there any thing else I need to order? What else goes inside of the tail housing?

I'm trying to get all the parts to make my lame 2wd jeep Into an awesome 4wd jeep.

This is what I have..
-transfer case non rubi
- complete front axle d30
-both drive shafts

Here is a picture of my current setup..

Do you have an auto?

I actually think you are doing a pretty cool project! I hope you're taking pics and would consider a write up with some prices for this forum! Good luck!

Good luck, sounds like a fun project. I'm curiuos though....where does one find one of these mysterious 2wd Jeeps? I've only seen one other one and that was an old YJ. Are they a big thing in the southern half of the states, special order? I have never seen one for sale anywhere in my neck of the woods.

If you have time swing by your local dealer and ask for a print out schematic of that section. Should help with any of your questions.
