Any amount of lift is not going to help the issue. Up and down is not so much the problem as for where the tires will rub everyday, which is against the sway bar while turning due to the added width of the new tires. Personally I have been running spidertraxx spacers for about two years with absolutely no issues, even after having serious reservations of my own about using them. Spacing the turning radius is a horrible idea in my opinion, however many choose to have done it. Its like cutting off your nose despite your face as the saying goes. New wheels with less backspacing is the only other real answer if you are completely against spacers.
