In addition to the face protection wear a cup. Few months back there was a post about a guy that racked his nuts. He had read about guys smacking themselves in the face so he took a different position to puuuullllll. Good luck.

Oh why didn't they just make it so that it screws on the bloody stick.

Wonder how much money they saved doing it this way???
