Question how to repair very small hole in soft top?

So, I found a very, very small hole in my soft top. Looks like the top got pinched right around where the top folds over when putting it down.

Anyone have any suggestions on how repair this?

I am not sure how it is going to work yet since I did it shortly before the hard top went on, but I used one of those cheap vinyl repair kits that you find at auto parts stores. The one I am talking about is the one that is a paste that you put a little heat on and it is supposed to work on leather also. My holes were really small and not wore all of the way through, so I am hoping it fixes mine, if not I will have them pathced.

I used an iron-on patch that I bought at a fabric store (JoAnn Fabrics). It worked great!
