How HARD is it to install factory soft top the first time?

First time? Very hard...
It will take you several hours.... It will seem like there is no way the top will fit, you will do things out of order to make it harder, and your side windows will probably be incorrectly installed.
After a month on the vehicle...
If you had to do it again...it would take you 30 minutes.
