How do you Rotate 5 tires

if you have a multi-directional tires, then yes, you can rotate from left to right. But if it's a directional tire, you can't do that. The only way you can rotate a directional tire is front and back....not side to side.

I'd do it pretty soon. If you wait much longer you will certainly feel a difference with your spare on. If it doesn't shake, it will most likely pull you like your alignment is off.
