Exclamation How to Deactivate the Seatbelt Light and Chime????

I know this was possible on my Ford, how can this by done to a JK? I asked at my dealership and was told that it isn't possible.....come on, NOTHING is impossible!!

There has GOT to be a way to deactivate that stupid thing!

Don't take this the wrong way, but the process is detailed out in your Jeep Wrangler Manual. I myself went have performed the seatbelt chime deactivation per the instructions in the manual.

Yup in the owners manual,I did it when I pulled in the driveway from the dealer when I bought it.

I have found that when you plug that metal looking thing on that belt into that hole on the other side of the seat that the chime and light stops instantly. But, if that doesn't work - please ensure that if you crash you are going fast enough to die, society doesn't need another vegetable to take care of.
