Hood Flutter Fix
Daystar JK Hood Wranglers from Quadratec around $30 shipped will solve this problem and a breeze to install. I just bought a 2010 wrangler unlimited rubicon and this was my first purchase. I had an 08 unlimited sahara and bought a set for it too. I took the original straps off the rubicon washed one and gave it to my 9 month old boy (who's teething) to chew on. His new favorite toy!

Hood wranglers for sure!!! I no longer worry about the hood smacking me in the face. Only problem at first is they were so tight I thought I wouldn't get em closed. Make sure you tell your service guys about em so they don't hurt themselves or damage your "high quality" hood when they finally latch and throw the dude across the front of your JK. If you do the service yourself, just prepare for a break in period. Well worth the $30!!

Jeep SWAG does have the simplest, most effective solution. Just a short little piece of square metal tubing and two zip ties take up all the slack in the secondary hood catch. NO MORE bouncing hood, period. I love it!
