Default Help regarding Manifold Cracking Issue

Can anyone advise if the cracked manifold issue is covered under the lifetime powertrain warranty?
I have an 08 and my factory warranty is done.
Thanks!

If not lifetime, what about emissions warranty that goes out to 80k miles or so?

Default Maybe.....

The 2008 warranty information booklet which should be in your glovebox states the intake manifold is covered for 3yrs/36000 miles EXCEPT FOR all California spec Wranglers which warranties the intake manifold for 8yrs/100,000 miles. If it qualifies for this extended warranty the Vehicle Emission Control Information Label located on the underside of the hood on the drivers side will state'' Certified to optional useful life per 1961(a)(8). The PCM, catalyst, and intake manifold is covered. If you bought your JK new, then the manifold is covered by the lifetime warranty, according to section 2.4 page 11 of the aforementioned warranty booklet.
