Ok so this morning I put in the brand new AC Delco starter (I left the shim in place?) and I'll keep the mopar with 70k on it as my spare. Put in new battery terminals also. This should wrap up this thread but I will make sure to report back. I didn't get the CPS in yet. I'll do that Christmas morning along with some other maintenance.
It also goes to an off-road shop on Thursday for a full "off road check" where I'm hoping to have my suspension re-torqued and a once over the vehicle to spot anything that should be replaced or fixed ASAP.

Well another weird electrical that could cause battery consumption I just found is when I’m driving with my fog lights on and hit the right turn signal the fog lights shut off. When I hit the left there is no issue. They only shut off with right turn signal. I am running aftermarket IPF bulbs and lens setup from north ridge.

That's strange. Maybe the problem is in the stalk itself. I think there's an interlock to prevent hi-beams and fog lamps at the same time. Do the symptoms change if the head lights are on or off?

Reset the TIPM ???
I like the simple and cheap tests first! Maybe try a hard reset on the TIPM -- It's just disconnecting the battery and shorting the neg and pos wire leads together to quickly drain off the capacitors. You've replaced the TIPM before, so the video below is for those following along.
