I gave up on the rear window after 30 minutes, i'm tired and will try that tomorrow. I drove it, and everything is fine except a CRAZY air leak above the drivers side visor. I mean, at 30 it sounds like a ton of air is being directed inside. Any suggestions?

Mine is loud, but I don't know about an air leak. Remember to be patient on the rear window, it will be a PITA. I put some spray lubricant on a rag and wipe the whole length of the zipper on window and top sides. It has done wonders for me!

Wait for some sun to loosen the top a tad. I know u mentioned it was about to rain though. U can always try opening it and closing it again to seal her up better. Good luck!

Thanks guys, I hope in the end all of this was worth it. I only drove 35 and the noise was crazy loud above my visor, i've ridden in soft top jeeps and non had that. I'll take the top down and put it back up a few times when it warms up, it hasn't been on the jeep in a year so it was pretty stiff. Thanks for all the help!

Mine is noisy as well but an air leak is a different problem. I would leave the top on for a bit so it stretches and go from there. I believe ill be the second one to say it tonight, but remember to lube up the back zipper. It usually gets stuck on the top corners for me.
