Help! How to disable the initial Seat belt chime alarm!?
Help Please!
How to disable the initial "Seat belt alarm" chimes at start!? (before you start driving)
The owner manual only explain how to disable the chimes after the initial chimes come off...
In other words, the owner manual only disable the Seat belt reminder chimes...
* I always wear my seat belt, I just really hate those chimes at start!!!

I'm having the same issue, the chimes is not going a way no matter what I do! 
I did the following with no luck
Seat belt alarm disable

Seat belt alarm disable
-Get in.
-Buckle-up
-turn the key to ACC on. Where everything starts chiming and beeping. My Jeep has an orchestra of sounds.
-Once the seatbelt dummy light goes out, unbuckle and buckle 3 or more times. (go for broke and do it about 5 or 6 times).
-turn off and remove the key. You should hear a confirmation tone.
-Buckle-up

Go through the procedure while standing outside your Jeep. I did it on both my '08 Sahara and the '10 Rubi and worked both times.
If that doesn't work. Try it again but this time with eyes closed, on one foot and left hand behind tucked behind your your back!
