If you do use a torch be very careful the plastic heats quickly, I used a heat gun to keep it from cracking or creasing while I pushed it out from the back.

Default Bumper

Yea did that myself to. I drilled a hole in the back to get access to area, heated it up with a heat gun and push it out with a rubber hammer and the handle off a (clean) toilet plunger, used this cause end is rounded.

Take it off and you can push it out from the back. I did the same thing and then I sprayed it with bed liner. It covered the white stress marks and looks almost as good as new.

You mean give a Jeep a Hummer?

Take the cover off. Use a blow dryer to heat up the plastic and push it out. it won't be perfect but it will be better.

I had similar "dimple." Replaced the bumper. The second time... got a steel bumper... I recommend just getting the offroad bumper. You see used ones all the time on the forum.

I just left it. It looks bad, but then again I'm waiting to buy a better bumper.
