take the plastic cover off, it is very simple, and try to push it out from the inside. or look on here for someone who might give their old cover away. I just gave mine away to a friend for the same thing. goodluck

i never messed with my front bumper yet, but you could probably get a piece of stick or something and push it out from the back. or, better yet, put your mouth over it and suck real hard....

u r lucky, there is a hole behind that dent that u can push that dent out. warm it up with a propane torch and it'll push out. u might have a little wrinkle where it was.

or u can do like I did, i used my dent for an excuse to buy a warn tube bumper.
my gf backed into the JEEP so she got to pay 4 half.

This is very common. If you fix it, you'll probably just get it back. I didn't even know my stock bumper had a similar dent when someone at a Boy Scout meeting asked me how I dented my new Jeep. I ended up replacing the bumper (not because of that!)--I'll know if I dent the new one. And I gave the old bumper away because it had tow hooks and fog lamp holes. Search around and you'll probably find one for free. In fact, I'd be surprised if one or two people don't PM you based on this thread before the day is over.

I did the same thing last weekend, dented the front plastic bumper putting her into a snow bank! Real cheap and easy fix, but I told my wife I'd need a new Front bumper
