O2 sensor, they don't always send error codes. If yours isn't working then you might be running rich. JP magazine has an article on how to test them.

If I remember correctly, the fuel filter is inside the gas tank where the fuel pump is....

Maybe you have an aswang hiding in the engine, drinking the gas.

Oh did change oil when drained before it drained 2 quarts only. Now i filled with 6quarts 10w40 oil thats only what available. Then when i checked spark plugs i broke 1 then no available in the market here for spark plugs so i barrowed 1 from a friend motorcraft for his ford then the rest is champion re14plp5 plugs.
What spark plugs you guys suggest i buy from ebay? Denso or mopar?
Then i cleaned throttle body
Also never change fuel filter no available parts again from my hometown
Then my tank now have injector cleaner
From 10mpg i raised to 11-11.5 is a good sign
I hope after changing spark plugs next week it will be better
95 octane fuel

I wouldn't put 95 in unless you have a tuner.

He is outside U.S. Some places calculate published octane differently.
