hard top help

A black sharpie pen does a fair job at hiding the scratch. They even make different size tips/pens. What do you have to loose? a white line?
Don't ask me how I know this... it was painful for me too.
My wife made me some pillow case like covers out of a heavy black flannel type material. I put them in and put them back to back against the back seat and then strap them in with two bungie cords that run from the back roll bar. This keeps them from moving back against my glass on the hardtop.

No. It's not made by Mopar, which seems really stupid. Get a flat black paint touch up pen and it'll do, but it's very annoying to not have an exact match. I wouldn't use a sharpie, I'm convinced they did that at the dealership to mine and I didn't notice it before I bought it, and it looks ok but up close it realy doesn't match.

There was another thread .....I do not remember where, but the suggestion was black nail polish. As I recall, that was a suggestion from the dealer.
Note.....I take no responsibilty for anything that in any way happens, or does not happen, in connection with either following the above "none binding advice" or not following said "none binding advice". Unless of course it works like a dream, then I will accept public accolades and money.

Is there no way to buy touch up paint for the new hard tops???? We just purchased a used 2007 Jeep Wrangler for our daughter. We never noticed a problem until we got it home and she decided to take the top off. At that point we saw many scratches and chips......I was hoping that the local dealership sold some touch up paint. You would think that it would be easy enough to spray the entire top if you had the right material. Does anyone know???
