Ok, Check it out ehhh!
Try to fill up your tank as soon as the light comes on. the tank is 22.5 gal (for a 4 door). so subtract your fill to the tank value and that is your reserve.
Say its 20 gal to fill up when the light comes on. You then have 2.5 gal left. You should get maybe 40 miles worst case (based on 15 mpg) until you kill it.

Mine is an '11, but it has the same ECU as yours. And my light almost always comes on when I've burned 19 gallons.
So, a little over 3 gallons left at the warning chime.
