Default Front wipers won't work in Hi or Spray, Only work in low & intermittent speeds

Front wipers won't work in Hi or Spray, Only work in low & intermittent speeds, I cannot figure out how to get these working again, I don't hear the motor or anything when I go to HI and the Spray only works for the rear. Please help, I checked a couple of fuses in the box next to the batterie, if anybody else has had this or any other ideas please let me know. Thanks

My rear wiper stops working under heavy rain... where could it be a leak to make this?? would the rear wiper act with the front at high speed??

Just got back from Jeep, they wouldn't check under warranty b/c i have a winch installed!!!!! They offered to check if I paid $140, not gonna happen and since it seems like not enough people have this issue on the forum I guess it will go unanswered.

A winch voided your warranty?

Bump for ideas.

Go to a decent dealership... and let everyone know who the dealership was that wouldn't look at it because of a winch... poor practice on their part.
