Ok its a little hard to tell in that pic, but it looks like its the drag link and tie rod that I can pivot with my hand..

you should be able to move the tie rod by hand. But it shouldn't flop around real easy. It should have some resistance. At the run last sunday. Mine was by far the loosest of all the Jeeps. I think it's time for some new tie rods for me.
