Front end problems
When I turn my steering wheel all the way to the left and slowly move forward my jeep will bounce a little bit. It doesn't hop up and down crazy, just feels like I'm going over little bumps. Does anyone have an idea of what the issue may be?

Ate your tires scrubbing your control arms? That would account for little bumps.

No I checked for rub marks on it and didn't notice and scratches or anything like that. I'm have 33x12.5x15 on a 2dr with stock suspension so I thought that's what it might be when I first noticed it

I'd have a competent driver, who is not my life insurance beneficiary, turn hard and move slowly in a parking lot while I looked and listened.

You should check you wheel bearings and ball joints, although I would think they would give other signs of being bad if they were worn out enough to cause these issues.
Jack up one front wheel at a time, and check to see if there is any play in the wheel, rather wobbling (wheel bearings), or up and down (balljoints).

Only all the way left? You might just adjust your steering stop a smidgeon ...

Just a caution: Don't push your power steering pump too hard while troubleshooting this. They overheat easily and that damages them internally. Give it a few minutes cooling time as you test it at its limits.
