No cooling problems.
You won't see any cooling problems until you are operating under circumstances that have the cooling system taxed to capacity. Pulling a trailer up a long grade on the highway would be an example.

just get a custom bumper! stock air dam got ripped off the first time wheeling...chunked mine in the trash.

Well that's good to know when I go back to Tucson I won't have any cooling problems. But for now I think the Buffalo weather will keep my Jeep cool

Looks better without it too. Mine has been off. NO Problems.

I left mine on during the winter to keep the salt, dirt and crap out, but took it off for the summer yesterday!

Before you run off and buy a skid plate, ask yourself if you are planning to replace your front bumper. Many aftermarket bumpers already come with a lower skid designed for their bumper.

Just trying to save you from buying it twice.
