Default Folded Down Front Windshield

With the warm season upon us and people removing pieces off their Jeep as if it were a big Lego I was wondering if anyone was adventurous enough to fold down their front windshield.
As I understand it requires a bit more effort then previous models.
Also, pics are a must.

Don't make me be the first to get bored and try it out myself.

it is a royal pain in the ass... i dropped mine so i could run my XM satellite antenna onto my hood. i will probably just cut the wire or sell it with the jeep down the road. i dont plan on ever taking my front windshield down again.

Looking at the photos it seems that running with the windshield down is just an accident waiting to happen. Not running in to things because something blew into your eyes, but hitting a bump or whatever and breaking the glass. Also because of the curve in the glass it looks kind of arkward .

The owners manual says do not exceed 10 MPH with the glass down. Who the hell is going to do that?

Is there a way to remove the entire windshield glass and frame? Does someone make a hinge that the pin can be removed and the whole frame lifted off?

Default Mirrors

HC - Where did you get the mirrors? I'm looking for a set of mirrors that attach to windshield frame so when I take off the doors?
