Make sure the pin terminals in your sockets that plug into the bulbs aren't bent or misaligned. Double check your bulbs, correct number? Have you visually looked at the element inside the bulb to insure you have no breakage? In my shop the suppliers have switched to Chinese-sourced bulbs, at least one per box is bad. If they are German made, look closely as our luck with them are not too good.

Another thing- Get under the jeep and LOOK at the replacement bumper, a ground for the fog harness may be mashed or cut by the bumper installation. Look at the harness routing, any ground wire bolted to the underhood body could be corroded or loose.

thanks for the info, I will look deeper at the connections. I looked at the new bulbs and they seem fine.
