Oh that isn't the only issue... It is just the only one I could easily photograph and the only one some pieces of magic foam might fix.

I feel ya. Maybe they have some magic foam for my transmission and steering shaft.

They replaced my intermediate shaft once which seemed to help for about 92 seconds.

Ha, well I will one up you. I HAD TO REPLACE MY STEERING SHAFT, because the dealer told me its NORMAL! Now 5000 miles later the clunk is back and I have ordered ANOTHER shaft. I guess I will just do this every 5K. You would think the aftermarket would step up on this, but I have emailed several companies to no avail.

So are you just hearing your clunk or feeling to? Mine is not audible, mostly felt. It feels like a knocking in the steering wheel when going over bumps. Especially when holding the lower right part of the wheel and turning it slightly.

It rained that night and through the next day. Any guesses? Yep, it leaked like a bitch. So Wednesday I picked it up after they had installed the exact seal kit AND a new windshield header seal. Unfortunately it isn't supposed to rain for the next 5 days! I'll keep you posted. Oh, by the way, I highly recommend the new header seal. It appears distinctly different at the ends of the header where the leak occurrs. The rubber is wider under the corner of the door and the channeling out of the header is different.

Good Luck.
Any pics of the new header?

Thank you for the Photos. Do you have the new Metal header I have read about? Is there anyway you could take a photo of the seals with the top pulled back a bit? Thanks man.

Not sure but have an upgrade kit at dealer for install due to leak at right front. drips on ride end of dash under windshield header riser. Manu July 08
