Default Engine ticking noise (with vid/audio sample)

Hey all -- have noticed in the last month or so with my JK of about 45,000 miles a ticking noise that is very noticeable at idle. It might just be a Jeep thing but I wanted to get your opinions on this. I did a short 50 second video sample of what's up and here's the link to it:

Absolutely LOVE my Jeep and hoping this is nothing to worry about!

Other details... I have been running Mobil 1 Synthetic w/ the Mobil filter in it since 5,000 miles. The noise can be heard at cold engine temps as well as warm. Thanks for your help!

Sounded identical on mine, but when they removed the valve cover on one side, it turned into a definate KNOCK. Somethin about havin the crankcase sealed made it sound like an entirely different frequency noise. It was really strange.

Sounds like an exhaust leak to me at or near the head, perhaps a cracked manifold.

Bring it to the dealer...

My regards,
