Sounds as though Crapsler has not made any improvement in the 09 models to address the seat issue. Do you have the reinforced hood latches that don't allow the hood to lift up when a truck goes by?

I know most of the posts on this thread are older, but if you have the squeeky seat, I found a tsb on it on a liberty forum. My wifes 08 libby had the squeeky seat.

Mine did it to but only when I was in the passenger seat, when my girl sat there no squeek. Thought I was stressing the springs.
