Doorman blend door actuators.

Doorman blend door actuators.
So I finally got around to replacing my passenger side actuator about 2 weeks ago. I had already replaced the driver side about two or three years ago. And of course today my driver side actuator started clicking! Are these things seriously only built to last a few years? Like the title says I replaced the stock with doorman. Should I try using stock replacements?
2013 jk. Any help is appreciated.

I do agree with Jay. I do use Dorman or Crown products as well on things here or there while other things I stick to OEM. I've used plenty of Dorman actuators specifically and have been fine with them. It is really frustrating that with almost all vehicles, these damn actuator failures come down to plastic gear teeth that break. Are the plastic gears that the OEM uses any better? Pretty sure those plastic cogs are still coming from China no? IDK, maybe it's hit and miss, but maybe for something that is a royal pain in the ass to access, and which you have already replaced before, maybe it is time to throw a factory one there. All these factory ones fail as well and the lifetime is just a gamble.
