Door Removal
OK I know it's been asked before but I really do believe I've exhausted all the tips I can dig up on trusty Google.
Drivers door will not budge. PB blasted the hinges for an over night soak. Wiggled about as much as I can (2 hours today, plus a couple ours Friday evening), also tried the jack under the door with some blocks of wood and I also tried the ratchet strap under the door to a solid point above (rafter) all while shaking the door. Darn thing won't budge.
Also when moving the door the top hinge pin visibly rotates as it should. The bottom hinge the pin is not moving. Stuck and the hinge looks to be rotating around the pin.
Does anyone else have any ideas or tips?

How far open do you have the door. Should be open at least 45 degree angle, any more or less can make it hard to take off.. Mine got stuck one time and I just place a jack with a block of wood under the door. I jacked it up an inch or so and I had my kid lightly jump up and down on the door opening while i held the door.. Place some towels on the top of the bottom door hinge since the door will spring up fast, hold on to the door tight.. Once you get them off, make sure to coat the hinge pins with marine grease so you can make the next removal easier. Augi
