I keep hearing this noise inside of my JK and cant figure out what it is! anyone else?

nope, sound like theres a water inside or something.... checked everything and its clean, no half full bottles of water etc,

 

It's from your heater core in the dash. You hear it when you accelerate on the passenger side?
You have air in your cooling system. Could be caused by different things.

No it's not bad as long as it's not running hot. If there is air in the cooling system, it's most likely low. Check the radiator coolant level, when it's cold obviously, and see if it needs to be topped off. If it does need to be topped off, and the coolant overflow jug is full, have the radiator cap checked.

As the engine warms, the coolant expands and builds pressure in the cooling system, which is regulated by the radiator cap. Once that pressure exceeds the rating of the cap, it bleeds coolant off into the overflow jug. As the engine cools the cap allows coolant to be pulled back into the radiator, keeping it full. However, if the cap doesn't allow coolant back in, you end up low in the radiator.
That's the shortened version, just check the radiator. Drive it for a couple days, and see if it if you have any more issues.

 

are the sounds more apparent (obvious) when the ac or heater is turned on?

 

If you have a hardtop, one of the front roof panels can fill with water. I have a 2008 Rubicon 4 door and my passenger side panel filled with water. I could hear it slosh back and forth. Take them off and turn the windshield side edge down and shake them, water my come out, if it does, the panel is defective. Under warranty, get new panel. No warranty, find the seam where the water went in and seal it.

 

I had this issue. I fixed it by topping off the fluid in the resivior and under the cap. Then I went for some spirited driving while rapidly switching between max heat and max cool. Somehow it's supposed to bleed the heater core. I have no idea if its true or not but it worked for me twice

 

you can also park on a slight incline ( front slightly higher then back ) with engine running heat on and rad cap off it will burp the air out of the cooling system as well.
