08'. Both zippers to the drivers side. Zippers are part of the window. A little tough I'm going to try a shot of WD.

Yup the rear window comes off. Probably the biggest PITA of the lot, but it comes off. Unzip both zippers all the way to the driver's side and be sure both of them are completely bottomed out against the long silver end caps on the zippers. Once the lower J-hooks/weather-strips are removed and the cross bar disconnected from the tailgate, pull down on the panel and it should come off. It takes practice and you might slip up a few times and bind up the zipper, but it can be done.
