Default DIY Fuel injector cleaner

Not sure if this is the right spot but... What is the best way to clean fuel injectors? Tried using seafoam today but not sure if it did the job. I thought maybe after 121,000 miles they needed cleaning. So I ran it thru the vacuum tube of the break booster but no cloud of black smoke. Were they just sparkling clean already or did I do something wrong Let me know.

By using the Seafoam in the brake booster vacuum hose, you bypassed the injectors. The only way to get Seafoam to the injectors is to put it in the gas tank.
You have a clean top end if you got no smoke by using the vacuum hose.

Amsoil makes a really good cleaner that you add to your gas. I think it is called P.I.
