You can find the build date on the data plate (sticker on drivers door jamb). Look for a manufacture/build date.
EDIT: gotta get this right. The date and year will be on the top left of the data plate. In the bottom right corner, there is a "MDH" number. 6 digits long. This is the day, month and time. My jeep has a MDH# f 102214.. The break down of that is, Oct. 22 at 2pm (military time).
